Medali started with a simple frustration — most honey on Kenyan shelves is heated, blended, or diluted long before it reaches your table. We wanted something else: honey that's raw, single-source, and traceable back to the hive it came from.

Every jar is ethically sourced, working directly with beekeepers who harvest with care for both the bees and the land. Nothing is added. Nothing is stripped out. What's in the jar is exactly what came out of the comb.
